Yes, you can upgrade or change your package with 30 days' notice. We recommend giving each package at least 3-6 months to fully evaluate its performance for your property.
Do you require a long-term contract?
Our standard management agreements are for 12 months, which allows us to implement effective strategies and marketing plans. After the initial term, contracts automatically renew on a month-to-month basis with a 60-day termination notice.
How often will I receive payments and reports?
Owner payments are processed monthly, typically by the 15th of the following month. You'll receive comprehensive monthly reports detailing occupancy, revenue, expenses, and upcoming bookings. We also provide quarterly performance analysis and recommendations.
